Die 35 km lange Strasse über den Ofenpass (Rätoromanisch: Pass dal Fuorn) verbindet die Orte Zernez im Unterengadin und Santa Maria im Münstertal. Die Passhöhe befindet sich auf 2035 Meter über Meer.
The 35 km long road over the Ofen Pass (Rhaeto-Romanic: Pass dal Fuorn) connects the villages of Zernez in the Lower Engadine and Santa Maria in the Münstertal. The hingest point of the road is located at 2035 meters above sea level.

Die Alp Buffalora (2038m) liegt südlich des Piz Nair und westlich des Ofenpasses.  Das Gebiet Buffalora führt weiter hoch bis zur Hochebene Jufplaun und Döss dal Termel (2335m), einem Übergang der hinunter ins abgelegene Val Mora führt.

The Buffalora Alp (2038m) lies south of the Piz Nair to the west of the Ofen Pass. The Buffalora area leads up to the Jufplaun plateau and Döss dal Termel (2335m), a crossing that leads down to the remote Val Mora.
